नकारात्मक वाक्य का प्रयोग हमेशा किसी कथन, वाक्य, विचार, भाव, उद्देश्य, आदि को अस्वीकार करने के लिए किया जाता है. यह कथन अलग-अलग भाग, सोच, उद्देश्य आदि के अनुसार व्यक्त किया जा सकता है. लेकिन Negative Sentences in Hindi का उद्देश्य अस्वीकार ही होता है.
Negative Sentences, Kind of Sentences का एक भाग ही है जिसका प्रयोग इंग्लिश ग्रामर एवं वाक्यों को व्यक्त करने में सबसे अधिक होता है. इस प्रकार के वाक्यों में Subjects और Verb की प्रधानता अधिक होने के साथ-साथ वाक्य के भाव पर भी प्रभाव अधिक होता है.

| वह मोहन का दोस्त नही है. | He is not Mohan’s friend. |
| आप मेरे शिक्षक नही है. | You are not my teacher. |
| वह मैदान में सुबह से नही खेल रहा है. | He has not been playing in the field since morning. |
| सीता मुझसे प्यार नही करती है. | Sita does not love me. |
| वह बहुत सुन्दर नही है. | She is not very beautiful. |
| वह मेरे लिए कुछ भी नही कर सकती है. | She can do nothing for me. |
Note: उपरोक्त वाक्य में भाव, उद्देश्य, कार्य, विचार, प्रसंसा आदि जैसे कथन शामिल है जिसे अलग-अलग वाक्य के अनुसार अस्वीकार किया गया है. अर्थात, ऐसे वाक्यों को Negative Sentences in Hindi के रूप में परिभाषित किया जाता है.
किसी व्यक्ति द्वारा व्यक्त कथन को अस्वीकार करने के लिए विभिन्न प्रकार के वाक्य का प्रयोग किया जाता है. क्योंकि, भाव, उद्देश्य, विचार अलग-अलग होते है. इसलिए, वाक्य का प्रयोग भी कथन के अनुसार ही होता है. यहाँ Negative Sentences in Hindi के परिभाषा, रूल्स, उदाहरण, और आवश्यक तथ्यों पर चर्चा करेंगे, जिसका प्रयोग इंग्लिश बोलने में अधिक होता है.
Negative Sentences in HIndi
जिस वाक्य से किसी विशेष कथन या सकारात्मक वाक्य का खण्डन होता है, उसे Negative Sentence कहते हैं.
दुसरें शब्दों में,
अर्थात, नकारात्मक वाक्य से किसी कथन को अस्वीकार करने का भाव व्यक्त होता है कि कोई विशेष, कथन या शर्त गलत है. ऐसे वाक्यों को Negative Sentences in Hindi के रूप में व्यक्त किया जाता है. ऐसे वाक्यों में Subject, Main verb, Auxiliary Verbs और Object के रूप में Noun या Pronoun की प्रधानता अधिक होती है. क्योंकि, Noun और Pronoun के माध्यम से किसी व्यक्ति के कथन को व्यक्त किया जाता है.
For Examples:
राकेश मेरा भाई नहीं है.
Rakesh is not my brother.
आकाश अपनी किताब नहीं पढता है.
Akash does not read his book.
वह नर्स नहीं है.
She is not a nurse.
यह मेरी पुस्तक नहीं है.
This is not my book.
मेरे शिक्षकगण नेता नहीं हैं.
My teachers are not leaders.
Note: उपरोक्त वाक्यों में Not का प्रयोग हुआ है. इसलिए, ये सभी वाक्य Negative वाक्य है. not के अलावे भी कुछ ऐसे वर्ड्स होते है जिससे नकारात्मक भाव व्यक्त होता है. जैसे;
Negative Words: No, Not, Never, Nothing, neither, Nor, Nobody, None, No one ….. etc. नकारात्मक भाव व्यक्त करते है. इसलिए, ये Negative Words कहलाते है.
नेगेटिव वाक्य कैसे बनाते हैं?
Negative Sentence बनाने के लिए Not का प्रयोग अर्थ, भाव, उद्देश्य आदि के अनुसार किया जाता है. वाक्य में Subject के नंबर और पर्सन के अनुसार Verb form का प्रयोग Tense के अनुसार होता है.
किसी भी वाक्य को नेगेटिव बनाने के लिए एक सीरीज को फॉलो करना पड़ता है. अर्थात, पहले सब्जेक्ट, Auxiliary Verb, Not ( No, Not, Never, Nothing, neither, Nor, आदि) Object.
कई बार Affirmative Sentence को Negative Sentence में change किया जाता है. उसके लिए उपरोक्त नियम को फॉलो किया जाता है. निचे कुछ Structure प्रदान किया गया है जिसे फॉलो कर Negative Sentence सरलता से बना सकते है.
Note: Active and Passive Voice, Tense form, Direct and Indirect Narration और Degree का नकारात्मक वाक्य भी Not जैसे वर्ड्स लगाकर ही बनाया जाता है.
Interrogative Sentence का भी नेगेटिव वाक्य बनाया जाता है, जिसमे WH Words + Verb के बाद not लगाया जाता है.
Negative Sentences बनाने के नियम
किसी वाक्य को Negative सेंटेंस में अनुवाद या Transform करने के लिए Structure का प्रयोग सबसे आवश्यक होता है. क्योंकि, शब्दों को एक नियम के अनुसार सजाना ही Structure है.
यहाँ Negative Sentence के कुछ Structure दिया गया है जो अनुवाद करने में सहायता करता है. साथ ही इंग्लिश वर्ड्स को एक क्रम में सजाने में भी मदद करता है, ताकि वाक्य का भाव स्पष्ट हो सके.

उपरोक्त Structure में (S = Subject, V = Verb, O = Object, C = Complement) है. लगभग सभी प्रकार के Negative Sentences ऊपर लिखित Structure से बनाया जा सकता है. ऐसे Sentences में WH वर्ड्स, Subject, Object और Verb की भूमिका प्रथम होती है.
Note: सभी प्रकार के वाक्यों का नेगेटिव निचे बनाना नियम के अनुसार देखेंगे, जिसकी आवश्यकता अधिक है.
Negative Sentence का प्रयोग
ऐसा वाक्य जिसमें किसी कथन को अस्वीकृत की गई हो या किसी बात से इनकार किया गया हो अथवा जो वाक्य नकारात्मक विचार का हो, उसे Negative sentence में होना कहा जाता है. नकारात्मक भाव व्यक्त करने के लिए आवश्यक नही है कि केवल Not का ही प्रयोग हो, बल्कि इसके बदले अन्य Words यानि No, Never, Nothing, neither, Nor, Nobody, None, No one का भी प्रयोग हो सकता है.
Words का प्रयोग एक विशेष नियम यानि रूल्स के अनुसार होता है. अर्थात, Tense में do और does के साथ Not, Voice में Verb 3 के साथ Not आदि का प्रयोग होता है.

Negative Sentence: Is / Am / Are + Not तथा Was / Were + Not
Simple Sentence को नेगेटिव बनाने के लिए Is / Am / Are तथा Was / Were के बाद Not लगाया जाता है. Verb to be वाले वाक्य में हमेशा Not का प्रयोग किया जाता है. जैसे;

| वह आमिर और खुश नही है. | He is not rich and happy. |
| सोहन इमानदार व्यक्ति नही है. | Sohan is not an honest man. |
| तुम बहादुर नही हो. | You are not brave. |
| मोहन और रोहन दोस्त नही है. | Mohan and Sohan are not friends. |
| राजेश एक अभिनेता नही है. | Rajesh is not an actor. |
| हमलोग उपस्थित नही थे. | We were not present. |
| वह बहुत सुन्दर नही थी. | She was not very beautiful. |
| तुमलोग तेज विद्यार्थी नही थे. | You were not intelligent students. |
| वह मेरी बहन नही है. | She is not my sister. |
| तुम व्यस्त नही थे. | You were not busy. |
Shall / Will + be के साथ Not
Simple Sentences Shall be / Will be को नेगेटिव बनाने के लिए Shall / Will + Not + be का प्रयोग किया जाता है. इस फॉर्म में वर्ब का पहला रूप प्रयोग होता है. जैसे;
S + Shall / Will + Not Be + V1 + Other Words
हमलोग व्यस्त नही रहेंगे.
We shall not be busy.
विणा अभिनेता नही बनेगी.
Vina will not be an actress.
मोहन दोषी नही रहेगा.
Mohan will not be guilty.
आमिर लोग सदा आमिर नही रहेंगे.
Rich people will not always be rich.
वे लोग किसान नही बनेंगे.
They will not be farmers.
मैं अवश्य उपस्थित नही रहूँगा.
I will not be present.
वे लोग अवश्य किसान नही बनेंगे.
They shall not be a farmer.
Negative Sentence: Has / Have / Had / Will / Shall Have + Not
Verb to be वाले वाक्य जिससे अधिकार का भाव व्यक्त होता है. उसे नेगेटिव बनाने के लिए no और not का प्रयोग किया जाता है. अधिकार सूचक वाक्य में Present Tense, Past Tense और Future Tense तीनों होते है. और तीनो को नेगेटिव बनाने का नियम भी समान ही होता है.
Rule: S + Have / Has + Not + V1 + Other Words
Rule: Subject + Don’t / Doesn’t + Have + Noun
Rule: S + Had + Not + V1 + Noun / Other Words
Rule: S + Shall / Will + Not Have + Noun

| सरकार के पास नौकरियाँ नही होगी. | The Government will not have jobs. |
| तुम्हारे पास कुछ नही रहेगा. | You will have nothing. |
| उसे कोई आवश्यकता नही होगी. | He will not any need. |
| बेईमान लोगों को प्रतिष्ठा नही मिलेगी. | Dishonest people will not have prestige. |
Negative Sentence: Do / Does / Did + Not
प्रेजेंट और past Indefinite tense में do और did का प्रयोग होता है. लेकिन Negative sentence बनाने के लिए Do / Does और Did के बाद Not का प्रयोग किया जाता है. इस प्रकार के वाक्यों में Verb का 1st का प्रयोग किया जाता है.

मैं आम नही खाता हूँ.
I do not eat mango.
मेरा भाई कॉलेज नही जाता है.
My brother does not go to school.
मोहन को मालूम नही है कि आप यहाँ हो.
Mohan does not know that you are here.
वह सच नही बोलता है.
He does not speak the truth.
तुम गरीबों की मदद नही करते हो.
You do not help the poor.
मेरे पिताजी ने गरीबों की मदद नही की.
My father did not help the poor.
मैंने उसे पत्र नही लिखा.

Negative Sentence: Modal Verbs + Not
इंग्लिश ग्रामर में मोडल वर्ब का नेगेटिव sentence बनाने के लिए विभिन्न प्रकार के रूल्स को फॉलो किया जाता है. क्योंकि, मोडल वर्ब के स्ट्रक्चर विभिन्न है. ऐसे वाक्यों को निम्न प्रकार के Structure से बनाया जाता है.
S + Modal Verbs + Not + Main Verb + O

राकेश ये टमाटर को रिक्शा तक नही ले जा सकता है.
2. you could not give me some money to eat
आज मुझे कुछ पैसे खाने के लिए नही दे सकते थे.

वह अपने पिता से मिलने घर नही जा सकता है.
4. It might not rain today
आज बारिश होने की संभावना नही है.
5. I shall not buy a car.
मैं एक कार नही खरीदेगा.
6. you should not help him.
तुम्हे उसकी मदद नही करनी चाहिए
7. I will not buy a house.
मैं एक घर नही खरीदूंगा (इच्छा)
8. Ram would not like to meet you.
राम तुमसे मिलना नही चाहेगा.

Present Indefinite Tense Negative Sentences in Hindi
यदि Present Indefinite Tense का वाक्य S + do / does + not + V1 + O के बनावट पर बने हो, तो वे Negative Sentence होंगे. जैसे;
| हमलोग झूठ नही बोलते है. | We do not / don’t tell a lie. |
| तुमलोग झगड़ा नही करते हो. | You don’t quarrel. |
| वह सच नही बोलता है. | He does not speak the truth. |
| राम सत्य नही बोलता है. | Ram does not speak the truth. |
| हम शाम को क्रिकेट नही खेलने जाते हैं. | We do not play cricket in the evening. |
| वह प्रतिदिन स्नान नहीं करता है. | He does not take bath every day. |
| ये लडके सडक पर नहीं खेलते हैं. | These boys do not play on the road. |
| तुम नदी में नहीं नहाते हो. | You do not bath in a river. |

Present Continuous Tense Negative Sentences
यदि Present Continuous Tense के वाक्य S + is/am/are + not +V ing + O के बनावट पर बने हो, तो वे Negative Sentence होते है. जैसे;
उसका भाई समाचार नही पढ़ रहा है.
His brother is not reading newspapers.
माली फूलों को नही तोड़ रहा है.
The gardener is not plucking the flowers.
उसका नौकर गायों को पानी नहीं पिला रहा है.
His servant is not drenching the cows.

I am not going to meet my friend tomorrow.

Present Perfect Tense Negative Sentences:
यदि Present Perfect Tense के वाक्य S + has/have + not + V3 + O के Structure पर बने हो, तो वे Negative Sentence होते है. जैसे;
मैंने ताजमहल नही देखा है.

उसने झूठ नही कहा है.
He has not / hasn’t told a lie.
बर्फ नही पिघला है.

Present Perfect Continuous Tense Negative Sentences
यदि Present Perfect Continuous Tense के वाक्य S + has/have + not + been + V4 + O के Structure पर बने हो, तो वे Negative Sentence होते है. जैसे;
मैं सुबह से काम नही कर रहा हूँ.
I have not been working since morning.
वह महीनों से मुझसे बात नही कर रही है.
She has not been talking to me for months.
बच्चे चार मार्च से विद्यालय नही जा रहे है.
The children have not been going to school since March 4.
मैं तुम्हें वर्षो से नही देखा है.
I have not been seeing for years.
मैं 2021 से इस शहर में नहीं रह रहा हूँ.
I have not been living in this city since 2021.
वह दो घण्टे से नही पढ़ रहा है.
He has not been reading for two hours.
उसके पिताजी दो दिन से दवा नहीं खा रहे हैं.
His father has not been eating the medicine for two days.
इस रास्ते पर एक घन्टे से कोई नहीं चल रहा है.
No one has been walking on this way for one hour.
तुम दो दिनों इस स्कूल में नहीं जा रहे हो.

Past Indefinite Tense Negative Sentence
यदि Past Indefinite Tense के वाक्य S + did + not + O के Structure पर बने हो, तो वे Negative Sentence होते है. जैसे;
| शिक्षक ने मुझसे एक भी प्रश्न नहीं किया. | The teacher did not ask me a single question. |
| उन्होंने अपनी कार नहीं बेची. | He did not sell his car. |

| वह वहाँ जाना नहीं चाहता था. | He did not want to go there. |

| पुलिस ने उसे गिरफ्तार नहीं किया. | The police did not arrest him. |
| लड़किया डांस नहीं की. | Girls did not dance. |
| तुमने मुझको यह कहानी नहीं सुनाया. | You didn’t tell me this story. |
| मेरा भाई ने पाठ याद नहीं किया. | My brother did not remember the lesson. |
Past Continuous Tense Negative Sentence
यदि Past Continuous Tense के वाक्य S +was/were + not + V4 + O के Structure पर बने हो, तो वे Negative Sentence होते है. जैसे;
| मेरा छोटा भाई गेम नहीं खेल रहा था. | My younger brother was not playing game. |
| वह बहुत जोर-जोर से चिल्ला रहा था. | He was screaming very loudly. |

Past Perfect Tense Negative Sentence
यदि Past Perfect Tense के वाक्य S + had + not + V3 + O के Structure पर बने हो, तो वे Negative Sentence होते है. जैसे;

| उसके आने से पहले उसकी पत्नी नहीं गई थी. | His wife had not gone before he came. |

| वर्षा आरम्भ होने से पहले लडकियाँ अपने घर नहीं गयी थीं. | The girls had not gone to their home before it rained. |
| महात्मा गाँधी बचपन से ही तेज नही थे. | Mahatma Gandhi had not been intelligent since his childhood. |
| चाँद निकलने के बाद आसमान में सितारे नहीं चमके थे. | The stars did not shine in the sky after the moon had risen. |
| वह दिल्ली कभी नही गई थी. | She had never gone to Delhi. |
| संदीप के स्कूल जाने से पहले मैं मंदिर नहीं गया था. | I had not gone to temple before Sandeep went to school. |
| सूरज निकलने से पहले वह सोकर नहीं उठा था. | He had not awaken before the sun rose. |
| सूर्य अस्त होने के बाद हम लोग घर नहीं गए थे. | We did not go home after the sun had set. |
Past Perfect Continuous Tense Negative Sentence
यदि Past Perfect Continuous Tense के वाक्य S + had + not + been + V4 + O के Structure पर बने हो, तो वे Negative Sentence होते है. जैसे;
| मोहन दो घन्टे से अपनी किताब नहीं पढ रहा था. | Mohan had not been reading his book for two hours. |
| प्रधान मंत्री जी एक घन्टे से स्टेज पर भाषण नहीं दे रहे थे. | The prime minister had not been delivering speech on the stage for one hour. |
| मेरे पिताजी दस मिनट से अखबार नहीं पढ रहे थे. | My father had not been reading the newspaper for ten minutes. |
| इस कमरे में मास्टरजी दस बजे से अँग्रेज़ी नहीं पढा रहे थे. | The teacher had not been teaching English in this room since 10 o’clock. |

Future Indefinite Tense Negative Sentence
यदि Future Indefinite Tense के वाक्य S + Shall / Will + not + V1 + O के Structure पर बने हो, तो वे Negative Sentence होते है. जैसे;
हमलोग तुम्हे नहीपढ़ाएंगे.
We shall not teach you.
पुलिस कुछ नही करेगी.
The police do nothing.
वह कभी नही आएगी.
She will never come.
वह स्कूल नहीं जायेगा.
He will not go to school.
हमलोग यह काम नहीं करेंगे.

वह तुम्हारी सहायता नहीं करेगी.

मैं त्यागपत्र नहीं दूँगा.

विकाश नदी में नहीं नहाएगा.

Future Continuous Tense Negative Sentences
